Field Study Visit by Wuhan Textile University Students

    Recently, a group of students from Wuhan Textile University visited Wuhan Hemp Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to take part in an industrial field study program. Integrating on-site tours, hands-on technical operations, expert lectures and project seminars, the activity offered students an immersive learning experience within authentic industrial settings, enabling thorough integration of theoretical knowledge and practical practice.
    At the opening of the activity, the company extended a warm welcome to all teachers and students from the university, and delivered a detailed introduction covering the enterprise’s development journey, core technologies, business layout and talent cultivation philosophy.
    Led by the company’s Production Director, the teachers and students toured the production workshops to observe the full textile manufacturing process up close. During the field study, senior technical specialists held face-to-face exchanges with the students. Combining real industrial cases, they explained practical applications of professional expertise and patiently answered the students’ questions regarding technical principles and related topics. The students listened attentively, engaged actively in discussions and took detailed notes. This real-world classroom deepened their professional understanding and helped them fully grasp the value of integrating knowledge with practice.

    This field study has built a solid platform for joint talent training between universities and enterprises. It allows college students to step out of campus and engage with frontline industrial production to strengthen their practical capabilities and professional literacy. It also demonstrates our company’s commitment to talent development and fulfillment of social responsibilities. Taking this field study as an opportunity, our company will further deepen exchanges and cooperation with Wuhan Textile University to cultivate more high-caliber technical and skilled professionals for the textile industry.

    The participating students all said they gained tremendous insights from this field study.
